Focused projects rarely stop at the edge of one discipline. A pavement condition question can become a budget decision. A private-site drainage concern can become an access, stormwater, or EPSC permitting problem. An operational bottleneck can involve people, records, assets, and technology at the same time.
EES first considers how the client makes decisions, what information staff actually use, what tools already exist, and what level of ongoing administration is realistic. Collection, analysis, documentation, and implementation support are then configured around those needs.
Caleb Jeavons and Megan Wildes created EES to provide experienced, responsive engineering without unnecessary layers. The firm expands that perspective through specialized independent consultants when a project benefits from additional systems, process, or technical expertise.
Eclipse's engineering practice is intentionally limited to private residential roads and driveways, residential grading and drainage, minor commercial site development, private-site EPSC, access and stormwater permitting, and municipal pavement or sign inventories. EES does not advertise public roadway design, general municipal civil design, or transportation construction services.

Co-Owner • Principal EngineerCaleb brings more than six years of engineering design, drainage, access, erosion-control, permitting, plan-review, GIS, and quality-assurance experience. At Eclipse, he applies that background to private residential and minor commercial sites, access and stormwater approvals, and municipal asset inventories.
Megan Wildes, PE
Co-Owner • Principal EngineerMegan brings thirteen years of civil and transportation-design experience, including seven years supervising design teams. At Eclipse, she applies her senior-review, drainage, erosion-prevention, constructability, project-delivery, and QA/QC background to the firm's focused private-site and asset-management assignments.
